A customer per landlord, agent or estate

Each landlord, managing agent or estate is a customer with its contacts, the properties it owns or manages, and its history of jobs, quotes, invoices and statements. A job records the property it concerns, so the record of what was done at a particular unit is one search away.

Requests, recurring visits and assets

Agents raise service requests in the client portal and approve quotes there. Recurring templates generate the planned visits, from monthly garden rounds to annual gutter cleaning, on their schedule. Assets at a property, a geyser, an air conditioner, a gate motor, a pump, carry their own service history and maintenance schedule, so the technician arriving at a unit sees what was done to that geyser before.

Proof, invoicing and statements

Every visit is a job card completed on the phone with photos, tasks, parts, time and a signature; the job report goes to the agent by email or WhatsApp. Invoices carry VAT and any purchase order reference, go out with a Paystack payment link or your bank details, and a statement of account for the period lists them per customer.

Growing across cities

Multi-location management, an add-on from Growth, gives each branch its own team, stock and schedule under one account with a location switcher and per-branch reporting. It is a branch model, not a fleet product; vehicle tracking is not part of it.
