How many branches can I run on one account?

There is no cap on the number of branches. Each location keeps its own team, stock, schedules and settings, while head office holds a consolidated view across all of them. You add a branch as you open it rather than restructuring the account. Jobs and reporting can be filtered to one location or rolled up.

Can a branch manager be limited to their own branch?

Yes. Access is scoped by location, so a branch manager sees their branch, a regional manager sees their region and head office sees everything. That applies to jobs, customers, stock and reporting, not just to menu items. Roles and location scope are set per user, so an exception does not require a new role.

Can I compare performance between branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Consolidated reporting aggregates jobs, revenue, response times and team performance across every location, and you can drill into any single branch from the same view. Side-by-side comparison shows which branch is carrying the volume and which has capacity to take more. The same figures export to PDF or CSV.

Can I operate in more than one country?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Branches can sit in different countries. Omni Field is used across South Africa and marketed in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Subscription billing is processed in South African Rand wherever you operate, and the Rand amount is always shown before you pay so there is no conversion surprise.

Do all branches have to work the same way?

Accepted Answer

No, but they can. Central settings push standard workflows, pricebooks and job requirements out to every location so processes stay consistent, and a location can hold its own settings where the local market genuinely differs. Head office keeps oversight either way, so a local change is visible rather than a surprise.
