You can use the built-in admin, manager and technician roles or build custom permission sets for your business. Access can also be scoped by branch, so a branch manager sees only their own location's data.

What does it cost to add someone to the team?

Admin and viewer users are free on every plan, so office staff and observers cost nothing to add. Technician seats are charged: R99 per technician on PaYu, which starts at R119 per month, and R189 per extra technician on Growth, which is R349 per month and includes one. All prices include 15% VAT.

Is GPS tracking of staff consent-based?

Yes. Location tracking is consent-based, and technicians see and agree to it in the field app before any position is recorded. Managers then see live locations, the routes taken and time spent on each site. Location history exports for payroll or billing questions, and clock-in entries carry the GPS coordinates of each entry.

Yes. Team messaging is built in, and conversations can be linked to a job so context stays with the work instead of scattering across personal chat apps. Messages are searchable and create an audit trail, and broadcast announcements reach the whole team at once. Read receipts show who has actually seen a message.

Accepted Answer

Performance dashboards track jobs completed, average response time and revenue generated per technician, with individual scorecards and team comparisons. Utilisation reporting shows who is overloaded and who has room, so work can be rebalanced before customers feel it. Trends run over weeks and months, so you can see whether a change actually helped.
