Deposits, partial payments, discounts and purchase order references are handled on the invoice controls, and credit notes are issued against an invoice rather than by editing it. The layout is produced from a template so every invoice carries the same fields. Invoices to your own customers carry the tax label and rate for your country from the tax table, for instance VAT at 7.5% in Nigeria or 16% in Kenya. Card collection through Paystack on an invoice runs on a linked South African bank account, so that part is South Africa only today; elsewhere the invoice shows your bank details for transfer.
