Will I be warned before a licence expires?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alerts go to managers and to the employee at 90, 30 and 7 days before an expiry date, by email and in the app. The alert windows are configurable if your trade needs different notice. The register also lists which certificates fall due for renewal in any period you choose to look at.

Can it stop an uncertified technician being dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dispatch compliance rules link job types to the certifications they require, and block the assignment of a technician whose required certificate is missing or expired. An authorised user can override in a genuine emergency, and that override is recorded. The exception stays visible rather than quietly disappearing into the schedule.

Does it handle electrical certificates of compliance and trade licences?

Yes. The register holds any certificate, licence or trade qualification with issue and expiry dates and the scanned document attached, so certificates of compliance, wireman's licences and gas or safety tickets all live in one place. Each team member can hold several, and records are searchable by person or by certificate type.

They are uploaded to the team member's record, so a certificate is one search away instead of buried in an email thread or a filing cabinet. Each entry keeps its issue date, expiry date and current status alongside the file itself. Records export for HR or for a client's compliance pack.

A skills and certification matrix shows every team member against every certificate and skill, with current status, so an assignment decision does not need a phone call. Gaps are visible at a glance, which makes a training plan easier to justify. Compliance reporting summarises the whole team and exports for HR.
