Security service providers register with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority, and alarm work is usually covered by a monitored service agreement. Omni Field stores the record against the job so it can be found later without going through a filing cabinet.

The mobile app captures job details offline and syncs when the connection returns, which matters on sites with poor coverage and during load shedding. Nothing a technician records on site is lost because the network was not there.
