Job documents are generated from the job itself and can be emailed to the customer from site. A registered person issues the electrical Certificate of Compliance required on property transfer, and installations are wired to SANS 10142-1. Omni Field stores the record against the job so it can be found later without going through a filing cabinet.

The mobile app captures job details offline and syncs when the connection returns, which matters on sites with poor coverage and during load shedding. Nothing a technician records on site is lost because the network was not there.
