How many stops can Omni Field optimise in one route?

Accepted Answer

Up to 12 stops per technician per route. That is a hard cap. If your day regularly runs longer than twelve calls, split it into more than one route or check the limit against a real day before you rely on it.

Does Omni Field's routing use live traffic?

Accepted Answer

No. It plans the shortest path between stops using distance, not live congestion data. That makes it useful for ordering the day and less useful as a minute by minute navigation tool. Use a navigation app for the actual drive.

Is route optimisation worth it for a small team?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your job shape. Two technicians doing three long jobs a day gain little. Two technicians doing nine short calls across a metro gain time on every single day. Count your stops per technician before deciding.
