It is the strongest single element but not sufficient alone. A signature shows the customer accepted the visit. It does not show what was replaced or why the charge is what it is. Pair it with photographs, a materials list and time on site.

Lean harder on the other three elements: geofence-verified arrival and departure, photographs before and after, and a written record of the work and parts. Then send the completion report to the customer so acceptance is recorded in writing after the fact.
