What actually syncs to Sage?

Customers, invoices and payments each have their own sync, so a client created on a job, the invoice raised against it and the payment that settles it all reach your books.

Does this replace my accountant?

Accepted Answer

No. It removes the retyping between the job and the ledger. Your accountant still owns the books; they just stop receiving a spreadsheet of jobs to capture.

Can I turn it off?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from integrations in system settings. Disconnecting stops the sync and leaves the records already in Sage untouched.
